Terms of Service

PayForPlus provides a ChatGPT Plus (monthly / annual) top-up service. After you provide the necessary information and complete payment, we activate the corresponding subscription on your ChatGPT account through a technical process. Payment is supported via WeChat and Stripe bank cards, settled in Chinese yuan (CNY).

You agree to: provide a valid email and order information; ensure the account you provide is eligible for a top-up (for example, not currently in an active subscription period); safeguard your own account and credentials; use the service only for lawful purposes; and cooperate with any necessary identity or credential verification when required.

We do our best to ensure every top-up is completed successfully, but because the service relies on third-party platforms such as OpenAI, whose policies, risk controls, or availability may change at any time, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate, nor are we responsible for changes to third-party platform services.

For issues caused by force majeure, third-party platform changes, or incorrect information you provide, PayForPlus shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising therefrom, to the extent permitted by law. The risk that an account may be acted upon by a platform due to the use of a third-party top-up, as stated in the important notice above, is borne by the user.

Failed top-up: if a top-up cannot be completed due to reasons on our side, we will issue a full refund, returned via the original payment method, generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Successful top-up: because this is a virtual digital service, refunds are generally not available once a top-up is successfully completed and credited.

If an annual plan includes a warranty period, the related warranty and supplementary rules are as described on the checkout page. If issues such as a dropped subscription occur within the warranty period, please contact support.

You should safeguard your own account information. If you notice any unusual activity, please contact us promptly. We recommend using a strong password and changing it regularly.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, features, and these terms at any time, and will publish updates on this page. For users who violate these terms or engage in unlawful or abusive behavior, we have the right to suspend or terminate their service.

Disputes arising from this service should first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PayForPlus regarding this service. If any provision is found to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent.
