Information you provide: the email address used to receive notifications and look up orders; order details at checkout; the ChatGPT Access Token (session credential) you provide to complete a ChatGPT Plus top-up; and any information needed if you request an invoice.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, access and activity logs, and usage data recorded via Cookies and similar technologies, used to ensure security and improve our service.

We use the above information only as necessary to provide our service, including: creating and processing orders, completing top-ups and crediting them automatically, sending order and top-up result notifications, providing customer support, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the product experience.

We do not sell your personal information, nor do we use it for any purpose unrelated to those described above.

To complete a Plus top-up, you need to provide your ChatGPT Access Token (session credential). We solemnly promise: this credential is used only for this top-up; it is AES-256 encrypted while stored; it is deleted from our systems as soon as the top-up is complete; and we do not need, and never store, your account password.

We protect your data with industry-standard security measures: site-wide HTTPS / TLS encrypted transmission, encrypted storage of sensitive data, minimal collection, and access controls. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never touch or store your bank card number.

Order records are kept for a period of time for reconciliation, after-sales support, and compliance needs; the ChatGPT Access Token is deleted as soon as the top-up is complete; access logs are kept only for a limited period before being cleared. To the extent permitted by law, we delete or anonymize information once it is no longer needed for the purposes described above.

We use essential Cookies to maintain your login status and basic functionality, and analytics Cookies to understand site usage and improve the experience. You can manage or disable Cookies through your browser settings, but some features may be affected as a result.

To provide our service, we use the following third parties: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and account authentication), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (network and security), and website analytics tools. Each has its own privacy policy, and we share only the information necessary to deliver the service.

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal information, or to request its export or withdraw consent you previously gave. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email below, and we will respond and act within a reasonable period.

This service is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect the personal information of minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via a website notice or email. Your continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
