How long does a top-up take?
Usually completed within 1-30 minutes; during peak times it may take up to 2 hours. If it hasn't been credited after 2 hours, please contact support.
What if the top-up fails?
We guarantee a full refund if a top-up fails. If you run into any issue, please email support@payforplus.com and we'll handle it within 24 hours.
Which payment methods are supported?
Plus top-ups support Stripe credit card payment and WeChat Pay. ChatGPT account purchases support WeChat Pay and Alipay.
Is the top-up safe?
We use a secure top-up method that doesn't require your account password and doesn't involve account cracking or sharing.
How do I log in after buying a ChatGPT account?
The account details (email + password) will be sent to you by email. We recommend changing the password immediately after your first login.
Can I get an invoice?
Invoices are not supported at the moment. If you have a special need, please contact support.
